Electrical and Components Powder Coating

Powder coating is an advanced coating method of finishing a product with a decorative as well as protective layer. Almost any metal can be powder coated. The end result is a durable, uniform, high-quality and attractive finish. This holds true with electrical components as well.

Electrostatic powder coating uses charged particles to allow for more efficient painting of a work piece. The paint is a mixture of finely ground particles including resin and pigment, which is sprayed onto a work piece and then accelerated through an electrostatic charge.
